Mr. Forsberg alleges the defendants mentioned to be guilty of: violating banking and S.E.C. rules and regulations; wire fraud; unethical conduct; Predatory Lending in banking fraud and deception in connection with Real Estate; criminal mischief and of operating a PONZI scheme which has cost Mr. Forsberg his estate’s rental income, undue pain and suffering as well as $14,850 in out of pocket expense to date, plus the cost of the estate in Hyannis which is valued at $325,000.

Treason, Bank Fraud, Insurance Fraud, and Securities Fraud.

We charge :

JP Morgan Chase bank, Lexon Insurance, and Always Consulting, et alwith violations of the PATRIOT ACT and treason - done willingly, knowingly (scienter) with malice and forethought to intentionally defraud innocent Americans. We believe They acted in collusion, committing serious crimes with reckless and negligent behavior causing wrongful deaths.

 

   * JP Morgan Chase along with Lexon Insurance Company and Always Consulting Inc.,et al., have been allowing investors money to be diverted to Afghanistan, Al Quada, and the Columbian drug cartel. It is, therefore, an international crisis.

   * JP Morgan has never opened segregated accounts (to this date) and Lexon insured fictitious gas and oil well projects.

   * They (JP/Lexon/Always) operate in collusion with each other, knowingly and willingly participating in a racketeering scheme to defraud innocent Americans out of their life savings.

   * Lexon Insurance, which appears to be a shill corporation, insures fake and bogus oil wells which are owned by (known to them) convicted felons like Bruce Griffith.

 

· Always Consulting, Inc. was and is a Nevada Corporation (Las Vegas) operating in New York, California, Kentucky, Oregon, Seattle, Washington, Kansas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Wyoming, and Texas. Please contact people in those states.

 

   * They (all) are complicit in treason, murder, perjury, armed robbery and much more, and many, but not all, are being sentenced again by the State of Texas.

 

   * JP Morgan Chase and Lexon have a long history of this, and have always gotten away with a slap on the wrist. Our investigations have found 4200 such scams in Texas alone - currently.
